WIML will develop components of the Polish soldier of the future

On 26 June 2014 Polish Armament Inspectorate signed a couple of contracts for the Tytan programme, which is the integrated system of the soldier of the future.

The signing of the agreements is a result of the completion of the negotiations between Polish Armament Inspectorate and Consortium consisting of 13 members, including Polish Military Institute of Aviation Medicine (MIAM, PL: WIML). According to a framework agreement Polish Ministry of National Defence is to finance research and development of 27 components of Tytan.

The signing ceremony was held at the PCO S.A. which leads the Tytan project.
