REGISTRATION: 7.00 a.m. to 8.45 a.m.

The Aeromedical Centre of the Military Institute of Aviation Medicine provides a complex aeromedical service to foreigners and Poles whether an initial aeromedical examination or renewal of an aeromedical certificate is needed.

PRICES

• Class 1

Price of an initial aeromedical examination – PLN 2 610

Price of renewal – PLN 1 040

• Class 2 or LAPL (light aircraft pilot licence)

Price of an initial aeromedical examination – PLN 1 320

Price of renewal– PLN 1 060

• Registration: 7:00 am – 8:45 am from Mon to Fri, building 5A, room 121 (first floor).
• We accept cash and card payments.
• The aeromedical examination is completed in one day.
• Remember to come on empty stomach.
• Documents required from foreigners: passport, pilot’s license (if applicable), results of previous aeromedical examination (if applicable).
